Hybrid (On Site / Home Office)

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Monheim am Rhein as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), who will provide expert support to our managers on all HR matters in a collaborative spirit.

Tasks

  • Advising and supporting managers and staff on all HR-related and employment law matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Working closely with managers as a strategic sparring partner, as well as with all relevant HR departments
  • Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines and standards
  • Collaboration with the works council in a spirit of trust and with a focus on finding solutions
  • Analysis of relevant HR metrics and identification of appropriate measures

Profile

  • A degree with a focus on human resources, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and experience in advising senior management
  • Strong communication and advisory skills, as well as a confident manner when dealing with all levels of the organisation
  • A structured and independent approach to work, as well as experience in international organisations
