Tasks
- Support and strategic development of our organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Development of content strategies and editorial plans to ensure a continuous and brand-compliant presence
- Visual and textual preparation of social media posts with a modern and appealing design and targeted storytelling
- Active community management: interacting with the target group, responding to comments and promoting discussions to build strong brand loyalty
- Social listening: monitoring trends and conversations around our brand and topics to gain insights and tailor content accordingly
- Creating and publishing blog posts and integrating them into the social media strategy to increase organic reach
- Analysis and reporting of the performance of organic posts, deriving optimization potential and continuous further development of the strategy
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of marketing, business administration or a comparable commercial degree
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- Experience in community management and activating followers through creative content
- Good analytical skills to evaluate the performance of social media activities and derive recommendations for action
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
