Do you enjoy the variety of reception work and use your open manner to ensure a warm welcome and a professional first impression? Then join our reception team at our Haiger location.

Tasks

  • Organization and management of the entire reception area as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external service providers
  • Management of the switchboard and central email inbox
  • Performance of general administrative office tasks
  • Approximately 25 hours per week

Job profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable role
  • A reliable and structured approach to work
  • Good communication skills and a confident and professional manner
