Are you an experienced manager in the field of quality assurance and looking for a new challenge? Then join our team at our location Heiligenroth and contribute your expertise.
Tasks
- Ensuring continuous quality inspection of the manufactured products according to internal and customer-specific specifications in 3-shift operation
- Disciplinary management and development of 7 employees in the area of quality assurance including the coordination of deployment / vacation planning
- Planning and ensuring component measurements in pre-series and series production
- Creation and maintenance of process sequences and work instructions as well as continuous further development of internal documents such as test instructions etc.
- Technical support for advance quality planners, project managers and measurement technicians on metrological issues
- Continuous improvement of processes in your own area
- Regular reporting to the head of quality management
Job profile
- Completed technical training in combination with further training as a technician in the field of quality management or quality specialist for production testing technology or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance, ideally with an automotive supplier
- Methodological knowledge in the application of process and measurement system capability studies
- Good command of English
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365, Babtec and SAP tools
- Careful and precise way of working with a high level of quality awareness
- Strong communication skills combined with leadership and assertiveness
