Tasks
- Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and continuous further development of the quality management system in coordination with the quality management officer
- Management, motivation and development of a team of 3 employees
- Responsibility for customer quality and supplier management including the processing and handling of complaints
- Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external audits (IATF 16949, VDA6.3, ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001) and QM assessments
- Implementation and evaluation of advance quality planning according to APQP
- Development opportunity to become central QM manager Stahlo
Job profile
- Completed technical training in combination with further training as a quality management officer, quality manager or internal auditor
- Ideally a trained auditor (VDA, IATF) - if not, we are happy to support and finance this qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry and in steel service
- Confident application of common quality management methods such as 8D report, 5 Why, Ishikawa etc.
- Routine handling of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP R/3
- Business fluent in English (at least B2, ideally C1)
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working, high level of initiative and assertiveness
