For our location in Monheim am Rhein, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will provide our managers with competent and cooperative support in all HR matters.
Tasks
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Working closely with managers as a strategic sparring partner and with all relevant HR interfaces
- Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines, and standards
- Collaboration with the works council in a trusting and solution-oriented manner
- Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
Job profile
- Completed degree with a focus on human resources, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR business partner
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience in advising executives
- Strong communication and consulting skills and a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
- Structured and independent way of working and experience in international structures
