Hybrid (On Site / Home Office)

For our location in Monheim am Rhein, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will provide our managers with competent and cooperative support in all HR matters.

Tasks

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Working closely with managers as a strategic sparring partner and with all relevant HR interfaces
  • Implementation and further development of HR processes, guidelines, and standards
  • Collaboration with the works council in a trusting and solution-oriented manner
  • Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of appropriate measures

Job profile

  • Completed degree with a focus on human resources, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR business partner
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience in advising executives
  • Strong communication and consulting skills and a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
  • Structured and independent way of working and experience in international structures
