Join our motivated HR team at our Haiger location and support our managers in the Rittal Operations division as a competent contact person.
Tasks
- First point of contact, sparring partner, and advisor for all human resources issues for the management and executives of the manufacturing companies within the group
- Close and cooperative collaboration with all relevant HR interfaces and employee representatives
- Regular participation in management circles in the area of responsibility and support in the recruitment of vacant positions
- Ensuring and supporting the implementation of company-wide HR guidelines, processes, and systems
- Use of employee-related KPIs and information for analysis and control, as well as coordination with management
Job profile
- Completed degree in economics/business psychology, preferably with a focus on human resources, or a comparable degree
- Several years of experience in HR work, preferably in supporting production companies
- Operational knowledge of human resources processes and tools, basic knowledge of works council work and German labour law
- Initial experience in project management and process control as well as in interdisciplinary teams
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Results-oriented approach to work, high service orientation and ability to work in a team
