Tasks
- Obtaining and comparing offers
- Coordination of delivery dates and quantities according to production requirements
- Communication and maintenance of relationships with our suppliers
- Negotiation of conditions and prices as well as processing of orders
- Monitoring of contractually agreed services and control of deadlines
- Cooperation with various departments to optimise processes
Job profile
- Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3 (MM)
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Initiative, independent and solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of team orientation
