Tasks
- Independently performing quality control on our products, including monitoring production facilities to ensure the quality assurance process
- Processing customer complaints/supplier complaints
- Assisting with raw material test reports for supplier complaints in close cooperation with our purchasing department
- Assisting with internal audits
Job profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Professional experience in an industrial company (ideally in the metal or steel industry)
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance is desirable
- Proficiency in common Microsoft Office 365 applications and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good basic technical understanding combined with a high degree of responsibility
- Reliable team player with a structured, independent, and accurate way of working
