We are looking for you for our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Documentation of existing processes in the CRM/ERP application area
- Preparation and implementation of webinars for training in the CRM / ERP area
- Support with data collection and data reconciliation
- Initial analysis of support/change requests
Job profile
- Study in economics/computer science or a related field of study
- Initial knowledge of CRM / ERP
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- Interest in IT / CRM / ERP processes and applications
- Team player, communicative and positive personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and interest in international cooperation
