We are looking for you for our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Maintenance of customer master data and thus creation of a basis for efficient business processes
- Online analysis of customer profiles to determine industry and business type
- Updating account information and opportunity information in CRM
- Support in checking and correcting existing CRM data
Job profile
- Study in economics/computer science or a related field of study
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and enjoy their IT-supported implementation; ideally initial experience with Salesforce or SAP S/4HANA
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working, attention to detail, analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and curiosity to learn new things
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and interest in international cooperation
