In the Software Service department, we are looking for you for our location in Monheim am Rhein or Munich (mobile office option available), with a workload of 20 hours/week, to start as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Maintenance of customer master data, thereby
- creating a basis for efficient
- business processes
- Online analysis of customer profiles to determine
- industry and business type
- Updating of account information and
- opportunity information in CRM
- Support in reviewing and correcting
- existing CRM data
Job profile
- Degree in economics/computer science or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and enjoyment of their IT-supported implementation; ideally, initial experience with Salesforce or SAP S/4HANA
- Independent, solution-oriented approach to work, attention to detail, analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and curiosity to learn new things
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and interest in international cooperation
