We are looking for you to join our UX Research team in Monheim (Düsseldorf/Cologne) as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Support our UX research team in strategic research projects as well as in product development
- Participation in the implementation of user research methods such as qualitative interviews, surveys, data analytics or usability tests for our cloud applications
- Support in the evaluation of conducted surveys including analysis and clear presentation of the results
- Take over own research projects
Job profile
- Advanced degree in psychology, human computer interaction or a related field
- Enthusiasm for user experience issues
- Knowledge of common UX methods and initial experience in preparing and conducting studies as well as collecting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative data
- Very good communication skills, sociability and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
