Tasks
- Management of subscriptions and software service contracts
- Maintenance of customer master data and price adjustments
- Invoicing, invoice corrections/cancellations
- Cancellation and insolvency processing
- Communication with our German customers and branches as well as international subsidiaries
- Close cooperation with sales and financial accounting
- Licensing of our software products, coordination of globally deployed licenses
Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Office/365, SAP SD or Salesforce is an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise way of working, affinity for numbers
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team, confident demeanor and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German and English
