At Eplan, Data Driven Business Solutions (DDBS) deals with all areas related to data from various sources. Our data driven business solutions significantly improve the way our customers get things done by providing relevant and connected data in the right place, at the right time, in a collaborative environment. This reduces both development time and costs for our customer while improving quality.
Tasks
- Determination, management of innovation projects – from ideation to the hand-over to a Business Owner
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and ensuring decision-making. This involves stakeholders within DDBS, Eplan and FLG, as well as within partners and customers in the market
- Definition of use cases and requirements management for new solutions fostering deep partnerships with other Eplan and FLG departments (Solutions, Strategy, Platform, Legal etc.)
- Conducting customer meetings to analyze requirements and gather feedback on initial ideas and prototypes. Coordinating broader market-/customer interviews
- Responsibility for ideation and development of new ideas towards the point of maturity and likelihood for success, that they can be handed-over to Business Owners
Profile
- University degree (preferably in engineering, a Business Degree, or MBA), or equivalent experience and qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience driving ideation, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market execution
- Experience in Industrial automation, Electrical design, value chains or supply chains within Industrial Automation
- Knowledge in Data structures and data management tools and processes
- Passion for innovation topics, investigative, curious and creative personality
- Strong presentation and communication skills, up to C-level
- Fluent in English and preferably in German as well
