We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Supply Chain Management team. Are you an organized and solution-oriented person with strong organizational skills? If so, you’ll be a great fit for our team in Gera or Dillenburg.

Tasks

Ensuring smooth process flow to guarantee customer satisfaction
Serving as the point of contact for our national and international customers in the area of scheduling
Reviewing, recording, and managing customer orders, including evaluating delivery details, creating delivery schedules, and conducting feasibility checks
Developing demand plans for customers while taking contract developments into account
Processing and monitoring delivery schedules in SAP
Coordinating and tracking deadlines in consultation with our customers
Assisting with the handling of customer complaints
Identifying cross-site optimization potential along the value chain

Profile

Completed business apprenticeship
Professional experience in supply chain management, order processing, or internal sales, ideally at a steel processing company
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems, ideally SAP
Knowledge of English is a plus
Strong customer focus combined with technical understanding and excellent communication skills
Organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a passion for working in interdisciplinary teams
