Tasks

  • Professional management of the secretariat including scheduling, coordination and tracking of appointments as well as experienced support in dealing with IT equipment and software
  • Supporting the business unit manager in conceptual and planning tasks including budgeting, planning and monitoring all cost items and annual targets as well as ensuring compliance with all processes in the entire business unit
  • Content-related support for the specialised departments of the Industry Solutions business unit (product management, industry management and strategy) as well as the Project Management Office (PMO) for international projects
  • Planning, organising, preparing and following up the content of internal and external meetings, training sessions and events as well as business trips in Germany and abroad
  • Competent support for visitors and business partners
  • Preparation and revision of presentations, newsletters, analyses and protocols in German and English

Job profile

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training or studies
  • Professional experience in a comparable assistant function at management level or PMO desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and good knowledge of SAP (BW, ESS/MSS, RPR) and Salesforce
  • Reliable, independent way of working, very good time management and organisational skills as well as a confident manner
