Tasks
- Supporting the branch manager
- Organization of meetings, events and business trips
- Handling correspondence with customers, service providers and suppliers
- Competent support for visitors and business partners
- Telephone switchboard and reception support
- Support with sales tasks and processes
Job profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Customer-oriented and structured way of working
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Very good German and good English skills
