Would you like to contribute your strategic and analytical skills to an international technology leader? Take on a responsible role as Assistant to our CEO and Chairman of the Management Board and join our team at the Rittal Headquarters in Herborn at the earliest possible date!

Tasks

  • Independent and efficient support for the CEO in all day-to-day tasks, including preparation and review of decision-making documentation
  • Preparing and organizing meetings, events, and conferences
  • Collaborating on strategic transformation projects
  • Analyzing and preparing market and competitive developments as well as business data and key figures
  • Preparing evaluations tailored to specific target groups and creating meaningful presentations and reports

Job profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, or industrial engineering
  • Initial professional experience in a similar field desirable
  • Understanding of the complex processes of a globally active industrial company
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills in German and English and a confident manner at all levels
  • High sense of responsibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
