Join our motivated team at our Haiger location and support the Human Resources department in national and international matters.

Tasks

  • Supporting the HR management team in operational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
  • Professional preparation and follow-up of meetings, creation of minutes and decision templates, and follow-up measures
  • Independent organization of internal events and workshops for the HR team
  • Proactive appointment coordination and calendar maintenance, as well as organization of business trips and travel expense reports
  • Targeted creation of presentations in German and English with an eye for the essentials
  • Confident communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels

Job profile

  • Completed commercial training, preferably with further training in office management
  • Several years of professional experience as an assistant at top management level in a manufacturing, medium-sized company
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex environment and complete them to a high standard
  • Confident manner, clear and respectful communication skills in German and English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Quick comprehension and a structured and precise way of working
