Become part of our Business Units division at our Rittal headquarters Herborn.
Tasks
- Developing and implementing the overarching strategy for Rittal digital solutions together with our partners
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Digital Solutions department in the Rittal Business Units division
- Developing business plans for the relevant solutions and formulating requirements from a business perspective
- Coordination and prioritization of Rittal projects in an overarching context
- Close coordination with the respective product areas with regard to functionality
- Optimization of software interfaces in the value chain environment
- Planning and implementation of market launches
- Development and measurement of performance indicators to manage the portfolio
- Consistent further development of product functionalities based on market and customer feedback, taking into account the corporate strategy
Job profile
- Completed studies in the fields of business informatics, engineering or a comparable education
- At least three years of professional experience as a business owner, digital product management or comparable roles
- Enjoyment of leading a team and management experience
- Experience in the application of agile processes and methods
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strategic thinking, results-oriented action and strong analytical skills
- Agile mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate others
