We are looking for you to join our Eplan support team at our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Technical support for our customers with IT infrastructure problems in connection with our Eplan software solutions
- Analysis of Eplan installation problems on client and server, by telephone or remotely
- Solving operating system, network and server problems that can lead to startup, performance or interface problems when operating Eplan
- Supporting our customers in accessing and using our cloud solutions
- Written and verbal customer support in German and English, including documentation in the ticket system
Job profile
- Completed training as an electrical engineer with an IT focus or IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- IT knowledge from the environment of a machine or control cabinet construction company
- Expertise in user support of Windows workstations in a company network
- Very good knowledge of the Windows operating system of the installed client applications and the associated knowledge of Windows servers and networks as well as SQL Server basics
- Strong communication skills, high analytical problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
