Are you IT-savvy and would like to actively shape and support the transparency and energy efficiency of data centers? Do you enjoy supporting and developing new structures? Then we are looking for you for our support area “RiZone” at one of our nationwide locations, preferably Bautzen, at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Support and advice for our customers for the new generation of the Rittal software RiZone OTM Suite in cooperation with our consulting department at national and international companies.
- Accompanying implementation projects in cooperation with our consulting team.
- Acting as a central point of contact in support for our customers with regard to technical and application-related questions about RiZone OTM Suite and the implemented solutions
- Active participation in the development of our new support area, as well as structures and standards
Job profile
- Completed studies in information technology / engineering or technician / master craftsman training with relevant practical experience & further training or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the areas of operating technology, network technology and IT security is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with cloud native applications, current cloud architectures as well as the operation of data centers and / or energy management according to ISO 50001 is preferred
- Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift/Linux desirable
- As a Technical Support Consultant, you understand and help our customers with enthusiasm, a convincing, communicative and confident manner, team spirit and analytical thinking skills
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills and willingness to travel
