Tasks
- Strategic and organizational development of the department, including implementation of change processes and future-oriented measures
- Ensuring and further developing energy management standards in all relevant areas of the company
- Communicating relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and further developing the integrated management system in accordance with DIN 50001 in line with a sustainable corporate strategy
- Definition, analysis, and optimization of key figures as well as active interface coordination within the area of responsibility
- Preparation of carbon footprint calculations
- Support and project planning for energy generation plants as well as support for energy efficiency projects, energy-efficient renovations, and construction projects
- Technical and disciplinary management and development of the team
Job profile
- Successfully completed engineering degree (bachelor's/master's) in energy technology or electrical engineering, or comparable training
- Initial professional experience in the field described
- Experience in project management
- Business fluent German and English skills
- Structured, independent, and problem-solving approach to work with strong communication skills
- High level of analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Willingness to travel
