Tasks
- Support and creation of conceptual and editorial formats for internal communication media within Rittal and the Friedhelm Loh Group
- Responsibility for topic planning and content management for internal communications including the development, setup and management of an international comms-team
- Writing and editing editorial articles for the intranet, employee app and internal newsletters
- Creative development of live/digital formats including the conception and creation of images and moving images for internal and sometimes also external communications (e.g. Social Media)
- Organization, implementation and conceptual development of internal events and campaigns
- Advising managers and specialist departments on internal communication measures, especially for change processes
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on communication, media, marketing, journalism, or PR
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned field in PR agencies, editorial offices, journalism, consulting or in corporate communications departments
- Experience in social media (including community management, monitoring, etc.) and/or employee apps
- Excellent skills in texting for different formats and channels
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office 365 and experience in working with content management systems
- Knowledge of design and graphics tools is an advantage
