Tasks

Conceptual development and design of print and digital media for internal and external brand appearances according to corporate design guidelines
Creative implementation of internal communication campaigns to strengthen corporate messages, especially in change communication
Close coordination of all concepts and creations with the communications and marketing colleagues involved, internal stakeholders (product management, product development, sales, HR, etc.) and external service providers (agencies, printers, etc.) as well as our subsidiaries
Smooth project management/handling with regard to the creative implementation of design measures
Monitoring the production processes of individual projects with a particular focus on quality assurance
Perspective: co-development of a brand core and brand image for the group companies, further development of the corporate design

Job profile

Completed training as a media designer, studies with a focus on graphics / design or comparable qualification
Experience in (primarily graphic) content creation and with the production of marketing materials, ideally in an agency
Very good MS Office skills and experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Fluency in German and English
Enjoyment of creativity and bold messaging in concept and creation
Strong competence in simplifying complex contexts through graphic means
Strong organizational skills, an independent way of working and an eye for standards and details
