Tasks

  • Control, processing, coordination and monitoring of general cargo contract shipments, CEP shipments and special trips according to scheduling and economic aspects
  • Processing of service requests and loading differences
  • Processing of national and international parcel service shipments
  • Booking of goods receipts and invoice verification of incoming / outgoing freight
  • Processing of national and international transports in SAP in compliance with the respective customer or country-specific requirements
  • Management of loading equipment management / recycling management
  • Key user function, system administration in the SAP loading equipment management systems

Job profile

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, forwarding agent or industrial clerk with relevant experience
  • Experience in Atlas customs processing
  • Sound knowledge of loading equipment processing
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is an advantage
  • Communicative team player with an independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work shifts
