Tasks
- Control, processing, coordination and monitoring of general cargo contract shipments, CEP shipments and special trips according to scheduling and economic aspects
- Processing of service requests and loading differences
- Processing of national and international parcel service shipments
- Booking of goods receipts and invoice verification of incoming / outgoing freight
- Processing of national and international transports in SAP in compliance with the respective customer or country-specific requirements
- Management of loading equipment management / recycling management
- Key user function, system administration in the SAP loading equipment management systems
Job profile
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, forwarding agent or industrial clerk with relevant experience
- Experience in Atlas customs processing
- Sound knowledge of loading equipment processing
- Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP is an advantage
- Communicative team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
