We are looking for reinforcement for our Solution Sales team in the Cooling business unit at the Rittal headquarters. As Solution Sales Manager, you will help us to further develop our business areas and inspire new customers. Become part of the Rittal success story.

Tasks

  • Development of strategies and operational implementation concepts for the Rittal business in the cooling sector
  • Preparation of potential analyses for our system solutions as well as identification and evaluation of new product solutions for this industry environment
  • Identification of suitable target customers and creation of the respective value proposition
  • Conception of suitable marketing instruments to support a successful roll-out
  • Monitoring the market environment with regard to trends, new applications and the competitive situation
  • Supporting the annual planning processes and implementing global projects in close cooperation with the regions

Job profile

  • Degree in (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
  • Ideally initial industry experience and market knowledge in the area mentioned
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of initiative and a goal-orientated, analytical way of working
  • Understanding of processes as well as conceptual, organisational and strategic strengths
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
