Tasks
- Recording and posting incoming invoices in SAP for domestic and foreign companies in accordance with commercial and tax law as well as internal group requirements
- Maintaining and clarifying vendor accounts and reconciliation activities on the associated general ledger accounts
- Preparation and execution of payment runs in SAP
- Participation in the monthly closing process and the preparation of annual financial statements
- First point of contact for our national and international subsidiaries when clarifying issues and implementing training measures
- Participation in specialist projects and in the optimization of operational processes in the area of accounts payable
Job profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3 (ideally already some experience with SAP S/4HANA)
- Team player and strong communicator personality
- An independent and results-oriented way of working and good analytical skills
