Join our HR Administration team at our Haiger location.
Tasks
- Central contact person for administrative and organisational HR issues within the group of companies
- Processing personnel and organisational changes such as new hires, transfers and resignations – both nationally and internationally
- Maintenance and support of global SAP HR organisational management, including ensuring data quality and the HR services based on it
- Administration and updating of employee master data and active participation in the digitalisation of HR processes
- Assumption of special tasks and active participation in cross-departmental HR projects, e.g. introduction of SAP SuccessFactors
Job profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Practical experience in human resources administration, preferably in an international corporate environment
- Confident use of MS 365 and knowledge of SAP HR are an advantage
- Good written and spoken German and English skills for communicating with international colleagues
- Strong service orientation, coupled with a structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and an authentic, friendly manner
