Tasks
- Responsible for the interaction between core service processes, business capabilities, and IT system requirements, unified in a common vision
- Responsible for establishing and developing a harmonized end-to-end service process landscape with the aim of automating service processes and increasing efficiency, quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction
- Defining service/business requirements for implementing target processes in the future IT infrastructure (S4 HANA, Salesforce Service, etc.)
- Global implementation of standardized service processes, as well as active support for the associated change management
