Tasks
- Ensuring smooth processes to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Acting as the point of contact for our national and international customers in the area of scheduling
- Checking, recording, and managing customer orders, including evaluating delivery details, creating delivery schedules, and conducting feasibility checks
- Developing demand plans for customers, taking contract development into account
- Processing and monitoring delivery schedules in SAP
- Coordinating and tracking deadlines in consultation with our customers
- Assisting with the processing of complaints
- Identifying cross-location optimization potential along the value chain
Job profile
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Professional experience in supply chain management, order processing, or internal sales, ideally in a steel processing company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems, ideally SAP
- English skills are an advantage
- Strong customer focus combined with technical understanding and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent with a structured approach to work and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
