Tasks
- Conceptualisation, creation, professionalisation and updating of training documents and learning plans incl. Certificates for service training in close coordination with the Digital Learning department
- Planning, coordinating and supporting internal and external training courses for service technicians in collaboration with the organisation team and trainers
- Ongoing, documented consolidation and communication of technical information on training content
- Continuous coordination with the ‘Service Responsibles’ of the business units and international subsidiaries
- Expansion of processes and procedures for the realisation of goal-oriented technical training for the target group of international service technicians and service partners
- Regular and structured comparison of the qualifications of national and international service employees in consultation with the specialist departments of the business units
- Management of training centres with training systems and training equipment both nationally and internationally
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, master craftsman, service technician or similar qualification
- Experience in the field of automation
- Analytical thinking and a high level of technical understanding
- Didactic knowledge
- Experience with ‘blended learning’ concepts
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 programmes
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Open to new products, solutions and tasks
- Quality-orientation, problem-solving skills and assertiveness
- Initiative, passion and commitment
- Team player with a reliable and independent way of working
