Working Student (m/f/d) in the Software Service Department

To support our Software Service department, we are looking for you for our Berlin or Monheim (Düsseldorf/Cologne) location, for 20 hours/week, starting as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Maintaining customer master data and thus creating the basis for efficient business processes
- Support in checking and correcting invoices to ensure error-free billing for our customers
- Clarifying ambiguities in billing and supporting the dunning process
- Preparing customer contract terminations and thereby directly influencing customer loyalty and contract development
- Assisting in the preparation of price information for our customers and thereby contributing to the transparent communication of our offer to our customers
Job profile
- Degree in economics or a related field of study
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and enjoy their IT-supported implementation; ideally initial experience with Salesforce or SAP S/4HANA
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working, attention to detail, analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and curiosity to learn new things
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and interest in international cooperation
