Tasks
- Professional management of the Marketing Operations & Campaigns department with three teams
- Content Planning: coordinating the creation of target group-oriented content (campaigns, content assets, publications in German and foreign languages) including coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, product management)
- Ensuring the smooth creation of marketing measures in collaboration with service providers
- Ensuring a brand-compliant online and offline presence for the companies of the Friedhelm Loh Group
- Strategic Optimization: monitoring current B2B trends and providing impetus for the continuous improvement of marketing concepts and content quality
- KPI and Budget Banagement: developing, monitoring and ensuring target achievement and adherence to the budget
Job profile
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on marketing / communication or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing with an international focus, ideally in an industrial or IT environment
- Experience in a creative agency (focus on B2B) or in outsourcing communication campaigns on the client side
- Expertise in managing and motivating employees
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communicator and assertive team player with enthusiasm for technical products and their creative, high-quality presentation
