Our Go-to-Market team ensures that new products and features are successfully introduced to the market – with compelling messaging, structured launch plans, and close collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.

Tasks

  • Support the development and optimization of our Go-to-Market processes
  • Work with the software portfolio team to ensure product readiness for Go-to-Market
  • Map new product features to customer processes and value via engaging messaging
  • Work with professional services to take new and existing solutions / messages to market
  • Usage, monitoring, and enhancements of Go-to-Market checklists for product launches
  • Support Go-to-Market manager with 3x launches per yearWork closely with strategy and campaigns team on value story telling for prospect / customer campaigns

Job profile

  • Successfully completed degree in product marketing, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Enjoy working with words and graphics, able to make complicated things simple
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, must be a good team player
  • Fluent in English

Together with other trainees from different business units, you will complete a support programme that will teach you all the skills you need for a perfect start to your professional life:

  • Comprehensive individual training in the relevant range of tasks 
  • In-depth, off-the-job training programme for developing your soft skills in an international environment at our in-house academy 
  • Ongoing joint reconciliation of your personal goals and regular discussions with your personal mentor
  • Joint work on interdisciplinary trainee projects culminating in a presentation to the Management Board
