Take responsibility and shape the digital future – as Team Leader Digital Marketing/Digital Journey, you will lead a dedicated team and drive innovative strategies forward.
Tasks
- Marketing automation: Design, implementation, and optimization of automated campaigns along the customer journey
- Website & digital journeys: Further development of our digital touchpoints with a focus on user experience, conversion, and personalization
- Marketing Controlling & KPIs: Development and maintenance of a meaningful KPI system for measuring success and continuously optimizing all measures
- Team leadership: Inspiring leadership and further development of your team, promotion of personal responsibility and innovation
- Stakeholder management: Close cooperation with other marketing departments, development and UX teams, and marketing managers in the countries
Job profile
- Degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B sector, ideally with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and content management
- Experience with common tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and a good sense of target groups and digital trends
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English skills
