Building Technician (m/f/d) Facility Management

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing buildings and rooms of Loh Services at the campus in Haiger and the comprehensive maintenance and repair of the technical building systems. Sounds interesting? Then join our motivated team in Haiger / Central Hesse.
Tasks
- Monitoring technical systems and equipment in our buildings, including heating, water and ventilation systems as well as electronic devices
- Carrying out minor maintenance, repair and installation work as part of building maintenance
- Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and service work via external companies, acceptance of construction work if necessary
- Procurement of consumables
- Contact person for technical enquiries and fault reports as well as support for colleagues in the area of building control technology and automation
- Organising and assisting with building cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities as well as proper documentation and preparation of inspection reports
Job profile
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally as an electronics technician specialising in energy and building services engineering
- Initial experience as a building technician is desirable
- Interdisciplinary basic understanding in the field of building services and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working
