Then work with us on sustainable solutions to technical issues, trends and challenges of the energy transition - from the project idea to implementation. Support our team at the Haiger site with your passion and initiative.
Tasks
- Technical management of new construction, conversion and renovation projects in the areas of building services, energy and building automation (taking into account sustainability goals) through to the inspection and acceptance of construction work (e.g. project planning for PV systems, installation of charging infrastructure)
- Technical and organisational support for building services in the areas of technical building services, energy and building automation for existing properties
- Technical representation and spokesperson for the specialist technical engineering disciplines towards clients, specialist committees, local authorities, suppliers and planners
- Responsibility for ongoing cost and budget monitoring across all service phases
- Technical support in the (further) development and implementation of innovative supply, energy and sustainability concepts
- Participation and support in the introduction and further development of an energy management system
Job profile
- Completed studies in the field of building, energy, supply or hospital technology or similar technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building construction, technical building systems, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Confident demeanour and strong communication skills with business partners and project participants
- Structured and independent way of thinking and working
