We are looking for you to join our EPLAN support team at our location in Monheim am Rhein as soon as possible.

Tasks

  • You will be the technical face of our company to our customers – and the first point of contact for questions about our innovative software solutions
  • With your detailed knowledge, you will be able to understand even complex engineering questions and find practical, clever solutions – not only for our customers, but also in collaboration with colleagues
  • Working closely with quality assurance and development, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products
  • You will be part of a dynamic, globally networked team of specialists
  • Together, you will shape the technical future of our customers in a modern, flexible working environment
  • With us, you will never stand still. You will constantly expand your know-how – and pass it on with enthusiasm: in webinars and specialist events

Job profile

  • Completed training as an electrical engineer with a focus on IT or as an IT specialist in system integration with knowledge of the electrical engineering field
  • Very good knowledge of the Windows operating system, installed client applications and the associated knowledge of Windows servers and networks, as well as SQL Server basics
  • Initial experience with virtualisation such as Azure AVD or Citrix
  • Ideally, IT knowledge from the environment of a machine or control cabinet manufacturing company
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication skills, high analytical problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach
