Tasks
- You are the technical face to our customers - and the first point of contact when it comes to questions about our innovative software solutions
- With your detailed knowledge, you can also penetrate complex engineering issues and find practical, clever solutions - not only for our customers, but also in exchange with colleagues
- In close cooperation with quality assurance and development, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products
- You are part of a dynamic, globally networked team of specialists. Together, you will shape the technical future of our customers in a modern, flexible working environment
- You will not stand still with us. You will constantly expand your know-how - and pass it on with enthusiasm: in webinars and specialist events
Job profile
- Completed studies / technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology or a comparable qualification
- Practical knowledge in electrical engineering design, commissioning or maintenance is desirable
- Professional experience in analyzing and solving technical problems
- Ideally knowledge in the application of our EPLAN products
- You have a strong interest in IT and software solutions and are interested in new technologies
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and willingness to learn
- Team player with a strong customer and service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
