Do you enjoy varied service work and always keep a cool head when the worst comes to the worst? Then you will ensure the smooth operation of our intelligent cooling solutions by providing individual support to our customers on site in northern Germany
Do you enjoy varied service work and always keep a cool head when the worst comes to the worst? Then you will ensure the smooth operation of our intelligent cooling solutions by providing individual support to our customers on site in northern Germany
Tasks
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing and installation work for refrigeration systems
- Carrying out standardized service work
- Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults at our customers' premises
- Commissioning the systems, including functional and safety testing
- Comprehensive advice and personal support for our customers
- Daily planning of service activities from the home office with an attractive IT facility and own company vehicle with excellent tool equipment
Job profile
- Completed technical training, ideally as a refrigeration engineer, mechatronics engineer or electronics technician
- We are also happy to give career starters a chance, with intensive training and opportunities for internal and external further training in the electrical or refrigeration sector
- Strong service and customer orientation, high quality awareness
- Good communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel in the respective region, ideally with residence in the North region
