Tasks
- Demand and supply planning of finished products in the assigned warehouse locations (international subsidiaries and logistics centres in Germany)
- Responsibility for the availability and stock levels of serial products in the assigned warehouse locations
- Daily coordination of lorry and container shipments in coordination with the shipping locations and forwarding agents
- Clarification and checking of production and delivery deadlines
- Interface function between subsidiaries, production, purchasing, logistics and sales
- Preparation of key figures and reports
Job profile
- Completed studies or training, ideally with a focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Professional experience in demand and supply planning
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- SAP knowledge (modules SD, PP and MM) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Customer orientation, strong communication skills and a structured way of working as well as an affinity for numbers
- Flexibility with occasional willingness to travel internationally
