Tasks
- Carrying out internal audits focussing on process and product quality in the areas of picking & loading
- Identifying quality-related potential and initiating suitable measures for improvement
- Participation in the standardisation of processes to ensure continuous further development of process quality
- Organisation and implementation of training measures
- Support in reviewing the effectiveness of training programmes
- Processing quantity differences & incorrect deliveries from national and international customers
- Support in the processing of customer complaints
- Driver of an open error culture
Job profile
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist with relevant professional experience in picking & loading goods
- Sound knowledge and experience in load unit and load securing
- Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP (LES)
- Communicative team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Committed and confident demeanour
