We are looking for you to join our EPLAN support team at our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Central contact person for our customers for technical and application-relevant questions regarding our products and solutions
- Independent, competent and reliable solution of customer inquiries
- Close cooperation with our quality assurance and development departments for more complex issues
- Creation of contributions to our internationally used knowledge database
- Exchange with a team of specialists to develop the best solution for our customers
- Documentation of the solution steps in our ticket system
Job profile
- Qualified technician specializing in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, IT or similar
- Experience in independently analyzing and solving technical problems
- Initial professional experience in at least one of the following specialist areas: Electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Ideally initial experience in one of our EPLAN products
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn
- Team player with a strong customer focus
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
