We are looking for you to join our EPLAN support team at our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

Central contact person for our customers for technical and application-relevant questions regarding our products and solutions
Independent, competent and reliable solution of customer inquiries
Close cooperation with our quality assurance and development departments for more complex issues
Creation of contributions to our internationally used knowledge database
Exchange with a team of specialists to develop the best solution for our customers
Documentation of the solution steps in our ticket system

Job profile

Qualified technician specializing in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, IT or similar
Experience in independently analyzing and solving technical problems
Initial professional experience in at least one of the following specialist areas: Electrical engineering or mechatronics
Ideally initial experience in one of our EPLAN products
Strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn
Team player with a strong customer focus
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
