We are looking for you to join our EPLAN support team at our location in Monheim am Rhein at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

  • Central contact person for our customers for technical and application-relevant questions regarding our products and solutions
  • Independent, competent and reliable solution of customer inquiries
  • Close cooperation with our quality assurance and development departments for more complex issues
  • Creation of contributions to our internationally used knowledge database
  • Exchange with a team of specialists to develop the best solution for our customers
  • Documentation of the solution steps in our ticket system

Job profile

  • Qualified technician specializing in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, IT or similar
  • Experience in independently analyzing and solving technical problems
  • Initial professional experience in at least one of the following specialist areas: Electrical engineering or mechatronics
  • Ideally initial experience in one of our EPLAN products
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
