Tasks
- Responsibility for the conception and implementation of reporting (Group Reporting) and management of a motivated team of experts with up to 10 employees
- Competent aggregation, presentation and commentary of the Group's figures as well as their design and further development. This includes regular monthly and interim reporting, annual reports, etc.
- Further development and automation of the Group-wide forecasting and planning process and monitoring its content
- Organization of modern and future-oriented standard reporting as a “reporting factory” and target-oriented support for decision-makers and business partners as “business reporting”
- Fulfilling future-oriented and value-added information requirements for the business to evaluate operational measures and provide prioritized action alternatives
- Setting steering impulses in strategic questions, more transparency and comprehensible fact orientation for a faster resonance with the operational units and their decision-making processes in future issues
Job profile
- Degree in economics, preferably with a specialization in controlling or corporate management
- Several years of operational professional and management experience in controlling or group reporting in an international industrial company
- Sound technical knowledge and qualifications in the competent execution and further development of a modern reporting system
- Analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to get to the heart of issues and to visualize them with foresight are paramount
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Operational experience with SAP R3/S4, SAP Margin Analysis/COPA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Independent, flexible way of working, very good analytical and conceptual skills and communication skills
