Tasks
- Support and strategic development as well as maintenance of our organic social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube
- Creation of target group-orientated text content for LinkedIn - e.g. Postings, teasers, text modules for campaigns
- Support in the conception and implementation of video content for YouTube & LinkedIn: from short clips to simple product or event videos
- Participation in shooting, editing and processing - with tools such as Camtasia and Canva
- Support in building a consistent, modern brand presence on both platforms
- Active participation in the development and support of corporate influencers: Support with content ideas, text drafts, video formats or LinkedIn posts from colleagues
- Participation in community management & development: answering comments, engaging followers, initiating discussions
- Observation of current trends on LinkedIn and YouTube and monitoring of competitive activities
- Support in analysing post and video performance and deriving optimisations
Job profile
- Completed studies in marketing, business administration or a comparable commercial degree
- First experience in social media, marketing or content creation - e.g. through internships, working studies or own projects
- Enjoy writing and a good sense of tonality and storytelling in a B2B context
- Interest or first experience in video creation and editing
- Good communication skills, team spirit and independent work
- Curiosity about new tools and formats
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills are an advantage
