We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our B2B software company. In this key role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and optimization of our marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on building and coordinating our marketing activities with international marketing colleagues as well as the strategic development and maintenance of our brand.
Tasks
- Strategic campaign development: Conception, planning and implementation of target group-specific marketing campaigns for the national and international market
- International interface: Building and maintaining relationships with international teams and partners to harmonize and support marketing strategies globally
- Project management: Managing the entire campaign life cycle, from brainstorming to implementation and measuring success, while adhering to budgets and schedules. In addition, coordination of internal and external resources
- Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance and derivation of optimization measures
- Market monitoring & brand positioning: Analysis of market trends, competitive activities and customer needs in order to continuously adapt and develop our marketing strategies and to sharpen and consolidate our market positioning
- Brand communication: Development and implementation of communication strategies to strengthen the market across all relevant channels
Job profile
- Studies & professional experience: Successfully completed studies in marketing, economics or a comparable course of study with relevant professional experience (at least 4 years) in marketing and campaign management, ideally in the B2B environment of the software industry
- Campaign & brand expertise: Experience in the conception and implementation of successful marketing campaigns, especially in an international context, as well as ideally experience in brand communication and customer journey
- Creativity & project management: Strong creativity to develop campaign concepts and messages as well as sound knowledge of project management
- Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Commitment & initiative: High motivation, commitment and a proactive way of working with the desire to actively contribute and take responsibility
