Tasks
- Analyze existing business processes using Celonis Process Mining: tap into data sources, build data models (e.g., SQL/PQL), visualize process flows, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Initiate workshops with departments, stakeholders, and IT: understand process goals, pain points, and strategic priorities, and define relevant use cases
- Quantify potential: determine KPIs, prepare business cases, and present the expected added value
- Develop and implement measures for process optimization: process automation, task mining, adaptation of process flows, redesign (“to-be”)
- Collaborate with IT/development and specialist departments to define technically feasible solutions and prioritize them according to impact and effort
- Ensuring sustainable improvements (e.g., through standardization, training, documentation, change management).
- Defining and setting up relevant KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring systems in Celonis to continuously monitor process performance
- Establishing processes for measuring success and tracking improvement initiatives: regular reviews, reporting to management, lessons learned
Job profile
- Completed degree, e.g., in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, supply chain management, engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience (ideally > 5 years) in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a similar field
- In-depth experience with Celonis: use of the process intelligence platform, process mining, process automation
- Very good understanding of processes in relevant areas (e.g., supply chain management, order-to-cash, record-to-report, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Experience in customer contact, workshops, and presentations at management level
- Strong analytical skills and high level of self-organization
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
