We are looking for you to join our team at our Monheim am Rhein location as soon as possible to support our Professional Services department.
Tasks
- Communication and scheduling with clients in the services sector
- Primary point of contact for clients regarding order processing
- Close collaboration with Sales and Professional Services
- Monitoring and managing service contracts
- Supporting trainers and consultants in order planning
Profile
- Completed business education studies and relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (MS Office, SAP)
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Committed and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills with a proactive approach
- Strong customer focus (external/internal) and a team player
- Structured, goal-oriented, and efficient work style
